I was pleasantly surprised when I received it because the quality of the pillow is so good and comfortable. The pillow is medium soft, not too hard, is suitable for me, and the height is just enough to support my neck.

I waited 1 week to give this review, after the first night my neck was a bit stiff, probably because I changed into a new pillow shape, but after that I had no more neck pain. So far it's quite good for me and I think it's worth trying.
